West River Paddle Paddling Company offers rentals along the Vermilion River at 655. W. River Rd. Vermilion, Ohio 44089. Guests are invited to paddle along the Main Steet Beach front and up the Vermilion River. These shorelines offer spectacular beaches, banks, waterfront properties and wildlife.
From RT 2 / I-90
From Cleveland or Sandusky’s Cedar Point:
Exit Vermilion – RT 60 and head North. Turn right onto S. Street (T). Turn left onto W. River Rd (stop sign).
From Ohio Turnpike (I-80)
Exit Vermilion Exit – Baumhart Rd. Follow North to and turn left onto Liberty Ave/Lake Rd. (T). Continue 3 miles as you cross the Vermilion River Bridge and turn left onto West River Rd.
Once you reach the Water Tower turn left onto the Red Brick Lot. Welcome, you’ve arrived!
